By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described below.
Printory operates out of Houston, Texas, United States. The data controller responsible for the information described here is Printory Fulfillment.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information your storefront platforms share with us, and information collected automatically when you browse our website.
Information you provide directly
- Name, email address, phone number, and country when you submit the seller application form or contact us.
- Business details such as company name, sales platforms, monthly order volume, and print methods.
- Artwork files, mockups, product titles, and other content uploaded to fulfill orders.
- Payment and wallet information processed by our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
Information from connected platforms
When you connect a sales channel (such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, WooCommerce, or eBay), we receive order details, shipping addresses, product variants, and tracking events necessary to fulfill the order. Authentication uses OAuth tokens scoped to your seller account.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and timestamps.
- Pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and session duration.
- Diagnostic logs to debug errors and prevent abuse.
3. How we use information
We process the information above to operate our service, fulfill orders, and improve what we do. Specifically:
- Produce, pack, and ship orders placed through Printory.
- Communicate with sellers about applications, account status, orders, support tickets, and product updates.
- Maintain and improve our website, integrations, and production line.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Data retention
We retain seller account information for as long as the account remains active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Order records are retained for at least seven years for tax purposes. You may request earlier deletion as described in the "Your rights" section below; we will honor the request to the extent permitted by law.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect information in transit (TLS encryption) and at rest (encrypted storage on our cloud provider). Access to seller and order data is limited to employees who need it to do their work, and is logged for auditing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your personal information, subject to lawful retention requirements.
