How fast does Printory ship a typical order?

Most standard apparel orders leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days. Cut-and-sew and tapestry items take 3-5.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No MOQ. Print one, print a thousand, our pricing scales with volume but never blocks small batches.

Which platforms do you integrate with?

TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, and a flexible CSV importer for everything else.

What file formats do you accept?

PNG and PDF for print files. Our pre-flight check flags resolution and bleed issues before production.

How do reprints and refunds work?

Production defects are reprinted free with photo evidence. Address issues are repriced at our cost only.
